PPV page won’t allow access after purchase.

If your PPV is still telling you to purchase it and won’t let you on to the page even though you already bought it try these steps.

1. Log in using the button in the main menu. If in the menu it says log out then you are already logged in. And you can move on to the next step.
2. Go to the PPV Page you have purchased. This can be found in the description of the PPV’s purchase page, Or by clicking the Watch button in the menu and finding it that way.
3. If the error comes up asking you to purchase again simply refresh the page. On PCs, this can be done with the F5 key. For mobile, it depends on the browser you use.

Here is how to do it on mobile devices.

For google chrome pull down with your thumb on the screen until it goes past the top of the web page and reloads the page.

For safari press the arrow that’s in a clockwise turning motion in the menu. You can find it at the top of the page where you insert URLs.
